Into the Cosmos Designs is a small craft business dedicated to providing a positive experience and excellent customer service. I put a lot of care into making the products and work diligently to ensure your tumbler is perfect and how you want. However, I am still human, and there may be small and tiny imperfections. I hope your experience is out of the cosmos.
Turnaround time and packaging
The turnaround time for custom tumblers is between 5-7 days. Custom sublimation tumblers are 2-5 days. This could vary depending on customization.
T-shirt turnaround is 3-5 days. Some items are ready to ship. Times do vary on products.
Into the Cosmos Designs is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the journey of your product(s). I sincerely hope you understand.
Although there are no refunds or returns, if there is a problem, please reach out to me. I will try my best to assist in any way possible.
